Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth.
  4. Spread the stuffing mixture over the chicken.
