Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth.
- Spread the stuffing mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
