Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked rice, condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free breadcrumbs and cream of chicken soup.
