Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (like peas and carrots)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the diced chicken, chopped onion, and frozen vegetables.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs or crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the chicken mixture in the casserole dish.
