Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, diced

- 1 tsp thyme

Instructions

- In the same pot, sauté the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.

- Pour in the chicken broth and water. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
