Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic. Sauté until mushrooms are tender and garlic is fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  • Return chicken thighs to the skillet, reduce heat to low, and simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened, about 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
