Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic. Sauté until mushrooms are tender and garlic is fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken thighs to the skillet, reduce heat to low, and simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened, about 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
