Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 10 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
