Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 10 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked tortellini and chicken in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
