Description

Delight your family this Easter with homemade Chocolate Covered Strawberry Easter Eggs. This easy, festive treat combines juicy strawberries and creamy white chocolate, dyed with pastel colors to enhance your Easter celebration.

 


Ingredients

  • 1 container (2 lbs) strawberries, washed and dried
  • 2 bags (12 oz each) white chocolate morsels
  • Pastel gel colors (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries.
  2. Melt the white chocolate morsels in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring constantly.
  3. Once melted, divide the chocolate into smaller bowls and add pastel gel colors to each, mixing well.
  4. Dip each strawberry into the colored chocolate, covering completely.
  5. Set the chocolate-covered strawberries on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
  6. Allow the chocolate to harden at room temperature.
  7. Serve once the chocolate is firm, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
