- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the bread cubes evenly in the prepared dish.
- Sprinkle the cooked sausage over the bread, followed by the shredded cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread, sausage, and cheese in the dish.
