Description

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
