Description

This classic club sandwich recipe is a timeless favorite. Made with layers of crispy bacon, sliced turkey, fresh lettuce, ripe tomato, and creamy mayonnaise on toasted bread, it’s the perfect lunch or light dinner option. Easy to prepare, customizable, and always satisfying!


Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or your choice)
  • 4 slices of cooked turkey or chicken
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Optional: Pickles or sliced avocado for garnish

Instructions

  • Toast all 6 slices of bread until golden brown.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toast.
  • Lay a piece of lettuce, a slice of tomato, and 2 slices of turkey or chicken on one slice of toast.
  • Top with another slice of toast, mayonnaise side up. Add 2 slices of bacon and another layer of lettuce or tomato, if desired.
  • Place the final slice of toast on top, mayonnaise side down, to complete the sandwich.
  • Secure the sandwich with toothpicks at each corner and slice diagonally into quarters.
  • Serve with chips, fries, or a side salad.
