Description

This Cookie Dough Snickers & Reese's Ice Cream is a decadent homemade treat loaded with chunks of cookie dough, Snickers, and Reese’s, blended into a creamy, luscious base. Perfect for peanut butter and chocolate lovers!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup mini Snickers, chopped
  • 1 cup mini Reese’s, chopped

 

  • 1 cup edible cookie dough, cubed

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until sugar dissolves.
  • Add peanut butter and caramel sauce, stirring until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • When the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, fold in chopped Snickers, Reese’s, and edible cookie dough.
  • Transfer to a container and freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.
