Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup mini Snickers, chopped
- 1 cup mini Reese’s, chopped
- 1 cup edible cookie dough, cubed
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until sugar dissolves.
- Add peanut butter and caramel sauce, stirring until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- When the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, fold in chopped Snickers, Reese’s, and edible cookie dough.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.
