Ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices white cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter with grated Parmesan cheese to create a spread.
- Spread the Parmesan butter mixture evenly on one side of each bread slice.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place one slice of bread buttered-side down on the skillet. Add one slice of mozzarella cheese and one slice of white cheddar cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered-side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
