Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices white cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix softened butter with grated Parmesan cheese to create a spread.
  • Spread the Parmesan butter mixture evenly on one side of each bread slice.
