Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cream, chicken broth, garlic, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the cream mixture over the pork chops in the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until pork chops are cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
