Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1 pound potato gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir in cooked chicken and gnocchi. Let it cook until gnocchi becomes tender.
- Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream, spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until combined.
- Simmer for 5 more minutes, then remove from heat. Serve hot.
