Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Flatten chicken breasts, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  • Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  • Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
  • Slice the crispy chicken and serve over the creamy pasta. Garnish with parsley.

  • For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs.
