- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- In a bowl, season the salmon pieces with garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, black pepper, salt, and onion powder. Toss to coat evenly.

- Dredge each salmon piece in flour, dip into the egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat, drain on paper towels, and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, use an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less cayenne and hot sauce.
- Serve with sriracha mayo, tartar sauce, or a spicy aioli.
