Description

This Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Parmesan Soup is a comforting and flavorful dish made with tender chicken, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and rich cream. Perfect for busy weeknights, this slow-cooked soup is easy to prepare and packed with cheesy goodness.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)

 

  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Add chicken breasts, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the crock pot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  • Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the crock pot.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cooked pasta. Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes on low until the cheese is melted and the soup is creamy.

 

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil or parsley.
