Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Add uncooked pasta to the crockpot and mix well. Cover and cook for 30-40 minutes on high until pasta is tender.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
