Ingredients

- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaf into the crockpot.
- Pour chicken broth over the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, then return it to the crockpot.
- Add egg noodles and cook on high for an additional 20-30 minutes, until noodles are tender.
- Stir in fresh parsley and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve warm.
