Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the cooked beef to the crockpot.
- Add diced onion, bell pepper, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
