Ingredients
- 4 croissants, sliced in half
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices ham
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Spinach leaves, tomato slices
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, stirring occasionally until fully cooked.
- While the eggs are cooking, warm the croissants in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Once the eggs are cooked, remove from heat.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing a slice of ham on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Add a portion of scrambled eggs on top of the ham.
- Sprinkle cheese over the eggs and top with optional spinach leaves and tomato slices if desired.
- Place the top half of the croissant on the sandwich.
- Serve warm.

- For added flavor, spread a layer of mayonnaise or Dijon mustard on the croissants before assembling.
