Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.
  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Add shrimp to the sauce and coat evenly. Transfer to the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs evenly on top. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
