Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Add shrimp to the sauce and coat evenly. Transfer to the baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs evenly on top. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
