Ingredients
1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup banana slices or mini marshmallows (optional for white stripes)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the sugar cookie dough into a rectangle on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie base.
Use blueberries to create the “stars” in the upper-left corner.
Arrange sliced strawberries and bananas/marshmallows in rows for the stripes.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can substitute the sugar cookie base with a homemade dough.
Try using raspberries in place of strawberries for variety.
Keep refrigerated until serving for best texture and freshness.
