Ingredients

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- In another bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the beef and stir.
- Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Serve over rice or noodles.
