Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

Instructions

  • Gradually add chicken broth, stirring to avoid lumps. Add potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  • Add cooked ground beef, milk, and cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and soup is creamy.
