Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
