Ingredients
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
