Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

- ½ cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, peas and carrots, and milk. Mix well.
- Add the cooked noodles to the mixture and stir until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs, if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
