Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 12 oz egg noodles

  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, peas and carrots, and milk. Mix well.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
