Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 package (1.25 oz) taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onions are soft.
- Stir in salsa, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half the beef mixture, followed by half the cheese. Repeat layers.
- Top with crushed tortilla chips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
