Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta or any short pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
