Easy Roast Beef and Cheddar Sliders are a crowd-pleasing recipe with savory roast beef, gooey cheddar, and buttery slider buns. Great for parties or weeknight meals.
Ingredients
- 12 slider buns
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise, then spread the mixture over the bun bottoms.
- Layer roast beef slices and cheddar cheese evenly over the buns. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and Worcestershire sauce, then brush over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
