Description

Easy Roast Beef and Cheddar Sliders are a crowd-pleasing recipe with savory roast beef, gooey cheddar, and buttery slider buns. Great for parties or weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  • Mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise, then spread the mixture over the bun bottoms.
  • Layer roast beef slices and cheddar cheese evenly over the buns. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter and Worcestershire sauce, then brush over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
