Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup eggnog
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in eggnog, eggs, flour, nutmeg, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour filling over crust in pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until center is slightly jiggly. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
