Description

This fluffy cottage cheese cloud bread is a high-protein, low-carb, and gluten-free delight. Made with simple ingredients, it’s perfect for sandwiches, toast, or a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar

 

  • ½ teaspoon salt


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, and salt until smooth.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture without deflating.
  • Spoon mixture onto the baking sheet, forming small rounds.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.

 

  • Let cool before serving.
