Ingredients
- 3 large eggs, separated
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, and salt until smooth.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture without deflating.
- Spoon mixture onto the baking sheet, forming small rounds.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
