Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen French fries
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
