Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven broiler to high.
- Cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise and pull the meat out slightly, resting it on top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
