Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven broiler to high.
  • Cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise and pull the meat out slightly, resting it on top of the shell.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  • Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.
