Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  5. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Brush this mixture over the tops of the bombs.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
