Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece and fill with a spoonful of the beef mixture. Seal the edges to form a ball.
- Arrange the balls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Brush this mixture over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
