Ingredients
- 2 lbs seedless grapes (red and green)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (topping)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (topping)
Instructions
- Wash and dry grapes thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the grapes to the cream mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Transfer the salad to a serving dish.
- Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and chopped nuts just before serving.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
