Description

This creamy grape salad recipe combines fresh grapes, a rich cream cheese dressing, and crunchy toppings for a perfect dessert or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs seedless grapes (red and green)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (topping)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (topping)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry grapes thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the grapes to the cream mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the salad to a serving dish.
  5. Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and chopped nuts just before serving.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
