Ingredients
1 small head of green cabbage, finely chopped
1 large cucumber, diced
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup fresh basil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Prepare the vegetables: Chop the cabbage, cucumber, and green onions finely. Combine in a large bowl.
