  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)


  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
