- Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or any other favorite seasonings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook until softened. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
- Thinly slice the potatoes and layer them in a greased casserole dish.
- In a bowl, mix the soup and milk until combined, then pour over the potatoes.
- Add the cooked beef and onions on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly across the top.
