- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add broken lasagna noodles, ensuring they are submerged in the sauce. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until noodles are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the cheese melts into the sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top, cover, and cook for 2 more minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add more heavy cream or a dollop of ricotta cheese.
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
- Serve with garlic bread and a side salad for a complete meal.
