Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper, and sear them until they are golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for a minute, scraping the pan to release any browned bits.
- Lower the heat, then add heavy cream, grated Parmesan, and dried Italian herbs. Stir well until the cheese has melted into the cream, creating a creamy sauce.
- Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over them.
- Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for another 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
