Ingredients
- 8 ounces rice noodles or lo mein noodles
- 1 pound beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds and chopped cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Cook the beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef and set aside.
- Cook the vegetables: In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, snow peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Combine: Return the beef to the skillet, add the cooked noodles and sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
