Ingredients

  • 300g pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
