Ingredients

  • 1 large ciabatta or focaccia loaf
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 4 slices salami
  • 4 slices capicola
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp black olives, sliced (optional)
  • 3 tbsp Italian dressing
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the ciabatta or focaccia loaf horizontally and spread mayonnaise (if using) on the bottom half.
