Ingredients
- 1 large Italian sub roll or baguette
- 4 slices salami
- 4 slices pepperoni
- 4 slices capicola or ham
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded

- 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp banana peppers, chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the sub roll lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
- Layer the salami, pepperoni, capicola (or ham), and provolone cheese inside the roll.
- Toast the sandwich in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is lightly crisped and the cheese is melted.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded lettuce, red onion, banana peppers, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the grinder salad.
