Ingredients

  • 1 large sub roll or baguette
  • 4 slices salami
  • 4 slices mortadella
  • 4 slices capicola
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 2 tbsp Italian dressing
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice the sub roll lengthwise, leaving one side attached. Spread mayonnaise (if using) on the inside of the bread.
  • Layer the salami, mortadella, capicola, and provolone cheese evenly over the bottom half of the roll.
