Jen's Italian Tortellini Bake is a rich and cheesy dish filled with flavorful tortellini, robust marinara sauce, and a blend of Italian cheeses. This bake is simple to prepare and perfect for a comforting family meal.
Ingredients
- Cheese tortellini
- Marinara sauce
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh spinach
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine marinara sauce, ricotta, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Layer half the tortellini in a baking dish, top with half the sauce mixture, then half the spinach and cheeses. Repeat layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

- Add cooked ground beef or Italian sausage for a meaty version.
