Description

Jen's Italian Tortellini Bake is a rich and cheesy dish filled with flavorful tortellini, robust marinara sauce, and a blend of Italian cheeses. This bake is simple to prepare and perfect for a comforting family meal.


Ingredients

  • Cheese tortellini
  • Marinara sauce
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic cloves, minced
  • Fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine marinara sauce, ricotta, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Layer half the tortellini in a baking dish, top with half the sauce mixture, then half the spinach and cheeses. Repeat layers.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
