Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

 

  • ¼ cup diced red bell pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce (if using).
  • Gently fold in the lump crab meat, green onions, and red bell pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

 

  • Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetables.

  • For extra cheesiness, sprinkle additional cheddar on top before baking.
