Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

  • Serve with rice and steamed vegetables to make a complete meal.
