- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot, then brown the ground beef. Add chopped onions and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, and seasonings (Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper).
- Bring to a boil, then add broken lasagna noodles. Cook until noodles are al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve the soup hot, with a dollop of the cheese mixture on top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
